The Zhangzhou Genera Office (referred to as the"Genera Office") is the comprehensive administrative body of the university at the Zhangzhou Campus. Under the leadership of the Campus Administrative Committee, it focuses on the university's central tasks, including organization and coordination, liaison and reception, supervision and enforcement, asset management of the Administrative Committee, and campus cultural development.

The Zhangzhou Campus Security Office (referred to as the "Campus Security Office") is the security department of Xiamen University at the Zhangzhou Campus. Under the leadership of the Zhangzhou Campus Administrative Committee and the university's Security Department, and in coordination with the Jiageng College Security Department, it is responsible for coordinating and supervising the security work at the Zhangzhou Campus.
